Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return/Exchange Window: You can initiate a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your ARKS Account → Go to ‘My Orders’ → Select the item → Click on ‘Return/Exchange.’
  2. Fill in the required details and choose your preferred option: refund, exchange, or store credit.
  3. Schedule a Pickup: Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your location.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 -15 working days after the returned item passes the quality check.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size within the same style is unavailable, you can opt for a refund.
  • Once the returned item clears quality checks, the exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
